1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly (name, email, password), information generated through use of our service (keywords, alerts, usage metrics), and limited technical data (IP address, browser type, device info) for security and analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve RedditPing, send alert notifications you've configured, process payments securely, prevent fraud and abuse, and communicate important service updates.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Supabase-managed PostgreSQL databases with SOC2-compliant infrastructure. We use AES-256 encryption in transit and at rest. Access tokens are short-lived JWTs. We never store Reddit credentials.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: Supabase (database), OpenAI (anonymous lead scoring — no personal identifiers sent), DodoPay (payment processing), and Resend (email delivery). Each provider is bound by their own privacy policies.

5. Cookies

We use minimal cookies strictly necessary for authentication (auth token storage in localStorage). We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

6. Data Retention

Alert data is retained per your plan's history limit (24 hours free, 30 days Starter, unlimited Pro). Account data is retained until you delete your account. Payment records are retained as required by law.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Use the Settings page or email us at privacy@redditping.in. We will respond within 30 days.
