1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RedditPing ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RedditPing is an AI-powered Reddit keyword monitoring and lead generation platform. We monitor Reddit's public posts and comments based on keywords you configure and provide AI-scored alerts to your dashboard.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use RedditPing to spam Reddit users, harvest data at scale beyond the Service's intended purpose, violate Reddit's own Terms of Service, engage in illegal activities, or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via DodoPay. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

6. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by Reddit API changes, third-party outages, or force majeure events.

7. Intellectual Property

RedditPing and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RedditPing and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the keywords and configurations you create.

8. Limitation of Liability

RedditPing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time from the Settings page.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
